Ring body rows for pullups
Knees down for pushups

Jim: One full round, then 4 rounds 10,20,30,40 reps
Last two rounds: knees down for pushups
Barbara really kicks my ass...this is the WOD I got my Pukie patch when I visited Boulder Crossfit. Today, I was so wasted afterwards that I was stumbling like I was drunk. I had to pound a peach when we arrived home just to have enough energy to cook dinner!
